The Ministry of Health and Population clarified the truth about the alleged shortage of infant formula in one of the family medicine centers in Fayoum Governorate

Failure to fill his daughter’s dairy schedules,

The Ministry of Health and Population said that a video clip taken by the father of an infant girl, from inside one of the family medicine centers in Fayoum Governorate, was monitored circulating on some social media pages and news sites, during which he complains about the failure to dispense his daughter’s milk formula, which was scheduled for the 14th of every month, despite his frequenting the center many times.

The Ministry of Health and Population said that following up on the incident, the following was revealed:

– The daughter scheduled to express milk was born on December 14, 2025, and the 14th of every month is actually the day scheduled for expression.

The father came to the aforementioned center on February 10, days before the payment was due. He was asked to come on the scheduled date to receive the milk. The citizen did not show up on the 14th, as center officials contacted him several times without a response. Then he came again on February 21 and received the milk scheduled for his daughter.

The aforementioned center’s stock of milk allocated to the girl’s condition is sufficient for 44 days, while the governorate’s stock of this type is sufficient for 55 days, and there is no shortage of milk in the center or in the entire governorate.
