The specialized sessions and workshops continued amid a remarkable presence and great interaction from students and graduates, focusing on qualifying young people for the labor market by developing their professional and cognitive skills, enhancing their awareness of entrepreneurship and investment, and building personal identity, within the framework of the activities of the Employment and Training Forum organized by Cairo University during the period from April 19 to 22, 2026.

In the second session, which was titled “Secrets Behind the Business World,” the events witnessed the distinguished participation of a number of entrepreneurs, including A. Ayman Al-Sawy, founder and CEO of “Bokra Holding,” and A. Hussein Bahgat, founder of “Ritual Coffee” Company, where they reviewed their practical experiences in the field of investment and entrepreneurship.

The workshop focused on spreading the culture of investment among young people, and enhancing their awareness of the opportunities and challenges associated with the financial and business market, as the speakers stressed that success in this field requires an accurate understanding of market mechanisms, careful study before making financial decisions, in addition to being patient and able to manage risks consciously and thoughtfully.

The workshop also discussed ways to start investing with limited capital, and the importance of identifying personal capabilities and managing resources effectively, stressing that investment is not limited to large capitals, but can be achieved through small, deliberate steps that achieve gradual and sustainable growth.

In a related context, the third session, entitled “More than just a game: from performance to personal brand,” witnessed a distinguished presence and great interaction from students and graduates, with the participation of Captain Sherif Ekramy, the well-known football player, and the journalist Karim Ramzy, the sports program presenter, and was moderated by the journalist Islam Sami, where they presented realistic experiences and inspiring experiences about the importance of building a strong “personal brand.”

The speakers stressed that success is no longer linked only to performance, but rather is based on the individual’s ability to present himself professionally, by building a personal identity that reflects his values ​​and skills, and enhances his influence in his professional environment, stressing the importance of the word and its influence in shaping the awareness of others and building a positive mental image that supports the professional path.

They also stressed the necessity of avoiding preoccupation with negative news, and staying away from comparisons that negatively affect self-confidence, along with the importance of clearly defining goals, working to achieve them gradually, and being patient and disciplined, in addition to investing in developing skills, enhancing digital presence, and effective communication.

The two sessions witnessed great interaction from students and graduates, through their interventions and questions, which reflected a growing awareness of the importance of building an integrated professional path that combines passion, discipline, and knowledge, as the speakers provided practical guidance that helps young people take clear steps towards achieving their professional and financial goals.
