The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a video clip that was circulated on social media sites in which some people riding in a taxi pushed citizens to cast their votes for one of the candidates in exchange for sums of money in the Second October Police Department in Giza.
Defendants were arrested who collected voters in a microbus to vote for a candidate in exchange for money in October
Through examination, it was possible to identify and seize the car shown in the video clip, and its driver and passengers were 5 people, who were in possession of sums of money. When they were confronted, they admitted that they had taken voters in the aforementioned car and taken them to the headquarters of their electoral committees to push them to vote for one of the candidates.
The car was seized, legal measures were taken, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
On the other hand, the security services concerned with securing one of the electoral districts in Aswan Governorate were able to arrest a person in the vicinity of the district, in possession of sums of money in preparation for distributing them to voters if they frequented their electoral districts to encourage them to vote for one of the candidates.

Legal measures were taken, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation, as this comes within the framework of monitoring the progress of the electoral process.
