The security services in Dakahlia Governorate were able to arrest 4 defendants in connection with the incident Murder of a female lawyer After she was thrown from the balcony of a house in the village of Kafr Al-Abhar, affiliated to the Nabarouh center, after the implementation of an empowerment ruling in favor of her husband.
According to investigations, the defendants are: Abdul Aziz A., Wael A., Hamada A., and Ali A.
4 accused were arrested in the case of the murder of a female lawyer in Dakahlia
Investigations indicated that disputes broke out over ownership of the property, which developed into a break-in into the house, assaulting the husband, and throwing the lawyer from the third floor. A report was drawn up on the incident and the investigating authorities were notified to initiate the procedures.
The Director of Dakahlia Security received a notification from the Director of Criminal Investigation stating that a report had been received of an assault on a female lawyer and her husband during the procedures for executing a judicial ruling, as those against whom they were convicted exceeded their sentence and threw them from the top of the property.
Upon transfer and examination, it was found that the lawyer died as a result of her injury, while her husband was transferred to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment, and was placed under medical observation in intensive care due to the seriousness of his condition.
A report was prepared on the incident, and the investigating authorities were notified to initiate investigations, while intensifying investigations to arrest the accused and take the necessary legal measures.
