Indicators say that the offering will take place after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, meaning in less than 3 months.. The reservation advance or the number of units have not yet been determined, but the conditions will be the same as those of the initiative.
The units for low-income people range from 75 to 90 square meters, and there are units for the middle class from 90 to 120 square meters, and there is also green housing. The interest is 8% for low-income people and 12% for middle-income people with a real estate financing system over 20 years.
In parallel, the Fund is preparing to send letters of housing results to all 7 Egyptians during the month of January to all applicants, whether accepted, out of priority, or rejected.
