Dr. Khaled Abdel Halim, Governor of Qena, issued strict instructions to secure the journey of cane from farms to factories in the governorate’s centers.

Raising the maximum level of preparedness in conjunction with the start of the sugarcane harvest season.

Full coordination between the concerned authorities to ensure the transfer of the cane crop from farms to factories.

Preventing the parking of tractors and cars loaded with cane on main and secondary roads, day or night, except for extreme necessity.

Requiring all tractors and trailers to install reflectors and phosphorescent triangles to ensure visibility at night.
Commitment to turn on the lights in loaded and unloaded tractors and cars while driving at night.

Prohibiting tractors from towing more than two trailers to reduce road accidents.

Intensifying traffic and field campaigns from traffic, local units and factory managers.
Taking legal measures against violators to ensure compliance with controls during supply periods.

Emphasizing that these measures aim to preserve the lives of citizens and achieve traffic flow.
