Giza Governorate said that it is part of the implementation of repair work on the water line on Al-Bahr Al-Azam Street, which is scheduled to be completed in the coming hours, in order to ensure regular water pumping in its natural form without any impact on the service provided to citizens.
An important clarification from Giza Governorate regarding the presence of heavy traffic coming from the areas of Maadi, Al-Tagamoa, October and Al-Haram towards the Great Bahr House.
She said in a statement: The works may result in some temporary traffic congestion for those coming from the areas of Maadi, Al-Tagamoa, October and Al-Haram towards the Great Bahr House and up to the entrance to the tourist area, and for those coming from Al-Wahat Road and from the Mariouteya Waslet House for those coming from the Western Arch, until the completion of the ongoing works.
She continued: The governorate confirms that teams from the General Traffic Department and the South Giza District have been dispatched to the site, with real-time monitoring of traffic movement implemented through the governorate’s follow-up room to ensure the facilitation of traffic movement and immediate dealing with any emergency, until the work is completed and movement returns to its normal regularity.
