The launch date of the new Nothing Phone (4a) series is approaching, especially after the launch of the Nothing Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro last March, which makes the appearance of the new generation only a matter of time.
Over the past months, several indicators have emerged confirming this, starting with the monitoring of the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro version in the IMEI database during September, through a leak in December that revealed some specifications, all the way to the company confirming this month that there was an upgrade in the storage capacity of one of the models with the possibility of an increase in the price.
Recently, the Nothing Phone (4a) was officially certified in the UAE by TDRA under model number A069. For comparison, the model number of the Pro version in the previous IMEI leak was named A069P, where the letter P refers to the Pro version, which enhances the credibility of this information.

Although the TDRA certification did not reveal any technical details about the phone, its official certification is a strong indicator that the launch date is approaching. More information is expected to emerge over the next few years.
As for the expected specifications, the leaks indicate that the Pro version will support the eSIM chip, while the two phones will rely on Snapdragon 7 series processors, without specifying the exact model yet.
It is also expected that one or both phones will be offered in several colors, including blue, pink, white, and black, with one of the versions officially getting UFS 3.1 storage.
