Earlier, the security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed details of a video clip that was circulated on social media, which included the driver of an angel car with the flag of one of the countries stickered on it colliding with a number of citizens and vehicles in Giza.
Details of the incident
Upon examination, it was found that on the 27th of this month, residents reported to the Kardasa Police Station in Giza that a collision had occurred and that there had been injured people in the station’s district.
When the driver of the angel car shown in the video clip, a resident of the Central District, was present in the Al-Balagh shop, a verbal altercation occurred between him and the owner of a shop, as the latter objected to him stopping the car in front of his shop. When passers-by saw the quarrel and the flag attached to the car, they assaulted him, and while he was trying to evade them, he collided with a number of citizens and vehicles that happened to be passing through the area, resulting in 6 people sustaining various fractures and bruises, and they were transported to a number of hospitals to receive the necessary treatment.
The car shown in the video clip and its driver were captured, and his family reported that he has been suffering from a psychological illness for several years and is being treated by a number of psychiatrists, and they provided medical papers and certificates confirming this.
Upon completion of the investigation, it was found that the aforementioned person frequented a car accessories store in the same area and asked the store owner’s daughter to print the poster referred to. The aforementioned printed two copies and handed them to him out of fear because he was known around the area where he lived for his psychological instability, and legal measures were taken.
