Huawei introduced its new FreeBuds Pro 5 headphones as part of its latest releases, with noticeable improvements in noise isolation and lossless sound quality. The headphones operate with a dedicated Kirin A3 chip and a dual audio operating system that provides higher performance at various frequencies.

Each speaker adopts a highly linear magnetic double bass driver and a precision flat driver. Thanks to the NearLink E2.0 technology integrated with the Kirin A3 chip, the headphones support lossless audio streaming at speeds of up to 4.6 Mbps.

The FreeBuds Pro 5 are compatible with several audio formats, such as AAC, SBC, LDAC, and L2HC, and come in an in-ear design with a short stem and various silicones. While the charging case gets an oval, capsule-shaped design.

In terms of connectivity, the headphones support Bluetooth 6.0 technology and multiple pairing with devices. The charging case has an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, while the resistance of the headphones themselves rises to the IP57 standard.

As for the battery, it provides up to 8 hours of operation without activating the insulation, and up to 33 hours with the case included. When ANC is activated, the headphones work for up to 5 hours or 22 hours using the case. The headphones are available in four colors: gold, silver, white, and blue.

Its price is 1,449 Chinese yuan (about 205 dollars), through the official Huawei website in China.
