Xiaomi recently announced the global launch date for the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra, and has now revealed that the Xiaomi Pad 8 tablet will join the same event.
Xiaomi Pad 8 will arrive globally on February 28, and the company has confirmed its reliance on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, along with a massive 9,200 mAh battery. In addition, the device supports the Focus Pen Pro stylus to enhance the writing and drawing experience.
Based on the announced specifications, the global version is likely to match the version offered in China.
In the Chinese market, the device comes with an 11.2-inch LCD screen, with a resolution of 3.2K and a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and it also provides RAM of up to 12 GB and a storage capacity of up to 256 GB. As for photography, it includes a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera.
On the other hand, the device supports four speakers with Dolby Atmos technology, in addition to Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, with support for 45-watt wired charging.
