It seems that Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new phone that competes strongly in the economic category under the name Poco C81 Pro. This phone was spotted briefly on the company’s global website before it was quickly deleted, and although search engines were able to index the page, there is no longer any active link to the product at the present time. Xiaomi contented itself with publishing the initial product page without revealing any official details regarding the final prices of the phone or its expected availability dates in various global markets.

The phone comes with hardware commensurate with its price category, as it is based on the Unisoc T7250 processor, which does not support fifth generation networks, and includes two Cortex-A75 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores, which makes it suitable for normal daily use. This processor is coupled with a random memory capacity of 4 GB, with multiple options for internal storage space, including 64, 128, or 256 GB. The phone is distinguished by its support for increasing storage space via external memory cards, with the ability to easily use two SIM cards at the same time.

The phone comes with a wide LCD screen measuring 6.9 inches and supports a display resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels with a smooth refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 800 nits. The device contains a 13-megapixel main rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera to meet basic photography needs. The phone derives its power from a huge 6000 mAh battery that supports 15-watt charging, in addition to a built-in fingerprint sensor located on the side frame to facilitate unlocking.
