The DJI Osmo Pocket 3, launched in 2023, has been a hit among YouTube video content creators and vloggers, thanks to its strong imaging quality, built-in gimbal, and compact, easy-to-carry design. While DJI is expected to soon unveil the new generation, new competition features are beginning to appear.
Vivo confirmed, through Chinese media, that it is currently working on developing a camera dedicated to video blogging, through which it aims to compete with the DJI Osmo Pocket series, specifically the upcoming release Osmo Pocket 4. In this project, Vivo relies on its extensive experience in the field of smartphone cameras.
Naturally, the device will come with a compact design suitable for daily use, but the company has not yet revealed any additional technical details.
According to available information, Vivo began working on this project at the end of last year, and the camera will be launched before the end of this year.
