Xiaomi launched the Mijia Smart Gas Water Heater 2 Silent Constant Temperature with a capacity of 16 liters, and the company began offering it for pre-booking in China, with a clear focus on quiet operation and smart control.
The device operates at a low noise level of only 32 decibels, and maintains a constant water temperature via a built-in sensor and algorithm that automatically adjusts the temperature in real time to reduce fluctuations.
Xiaomi confirms that TSI technology increases the water flow rate by up to 246%, while providing a sterilization rate of up to 99.9%.

The heater supports the Xiaomi HyperConnect platform, which allows it to be controlled remotely via the company’s application, where the temperature can be set and operating modes chosen. It also supports voice commands via Xiao AI, and can be linked with other smart home devices, such as smart locks, to automatically start heating water when the user arrives home.
The device comes with a Level 2 energy efficiency rating, with a white design and dimensions of 520 x 360 x 172 mm. It is available for pre-booking in China at a price of 1,899 yuan, and its price will later reach 2,299 yuan upon official launch. There are currently no indications of its availability in European markets.
