Hosts the Egyptian Public Library in the governorate LuxorToday, Saturday, April 18, is a cultural and artistic celebration on the occasion of World Heritage Day.

The library opens its doors free of charge to the public, starting at five in the evening, to provide activities that highlight cultural and historical identity.
Artistic and popular performances
The events include an artistic concert performed by the Al-Qusayr Folklore Troupe, to present performances that reflect the inherited cultural and artistic diversity.
Exhibitions of crafts and traditional foods
The Heritage Day witnesses the organization of specialized exhibitions displaying handicrafts, in addition to providing visitors with the opportunity to learn about heritage costumes and taste foods related to local culture.
Community partnerships to revive heritage
The celebration is held in cooperation with academic and community bodies, including the Confucius Chapter at Luxor University, the WAST Initiative, and the Al-Manara and Al-Duha Foundation for Heritage Crafts, with the aim of integrating community institutions into efforts to preserve the authentic identity.
