The College of Islamic and Arab Studies for Girls at Al-Azhar University in Alexandria witnessed a special day in the process of scientific research, as researcher Wafaa Jaber Kamel obtained a doctorate degree with first class honors, in a discussion session held in a high-level scientific atmosphere.

The discussion came with the participation of an elite group of professors and scholars from Al-Azhar University, where Professor Dr. Haifa Abdel Basset chaired the discussion session as the original supervisor. Head of the Department of Hadith and its Sciences at the Faculty of Islamic and Arab Studies at Al-Azhar University in Alexandria, and Professor Dr. Al-Husseini Youssef Abdel-Al participated; Emeritus Assistant Professor in the Department of Hadith and its Sciences at the College of Islamic and Arabic Studies for Girls in Alexandria; As a co-supervisor.

The thesis was discussed by Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Qasabi. Professor of Hadith and its Sciences, former Vice Dean of the College of Islamic and Arabic Studies for Boys in Cairo, and former Assistant Secretary-General of the Islamic Research Academy.

Professor Dr. Ibrahim Abdel Razek Weh also participated in the discussion; Head of the Department of Hadith and its Sciences and former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion for Education and Student Affairs in Tanta.

The members of the committee expressed their appreciation for the scientific effort expended in the researcher’s thesis, stressing that it carries modern workmanship, cognitive value, and a qualitative addition.

A group of college professors participated in the discussion, headed by Professor Dr. Mahrous Radwan. Full-time professor of Hadith and its sciences at the college, Professor Dr. Hiyam Abdel Basit; Full-time Professor of Hadith and its Sciences, and Head of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College, Professor Dr. Muhammad Hassan Qandil, Professor of Hadith and its Sciences, Professor Dr. Howaida Al-Taweel, Professor of Doctrine and Philosophy, Professor Dr. Najwa Sheta, Professor and former Head of the Department of Jurisprudence, and Dr. Omaima Hassan; Teacher of Comparative Jurisprudence, Vice President of the Quality Assurance Unit at the college, Dr. Muhammad Abu Zahu, teacher of Hadith and its sciences, Dr. Islam Mahmoud, teacher of Hadith and its sciences, and many gentlemen faculty members.

At the conclusion of the session, the attendees congratulated the researcher on this high scientific achievement, wishing her continued success in their professional and academic careers.
