
Ahmed Hassan, the former Egyptian national team star, revealed two offers from… Al-Ahly And Pyramids for Petrojet star Hadi Riad, through his personal account on the social networking site Facebook.
Ahmed Hassan, a source in Petrojet, wrote: Hadi Riyad received two offers from Al-Ahly and Pyramids, and the player informed us of his desire to move to Al-Ahly, but financial matters will determine the player’s final destination.
Less than 72 hours after the Pyramids Club succeeded in finalizing the initial agreement to include the Palestinian Hamed Hamdan, the Petrojet midfielder, the two clubs entered a new race to include Hadi Riyad, the Petrojet team’s defender, who caught the attention during the last period with his strong performance and consistent level in the Egyptian League.
The two clubs had already entered into a strong competition to include Hamed Hamdan, before Pyramids succeeded in reaching an initial agreement with the player and his club, provided that the official announcement of the deal will be made during the next week after the completion of the transfer of the agreed upon financial compensation.
The Pyramids Club officially began its moves to inquire about Hadi Riad’s position, after his remarkable brilliance with Petrojet in the recent period, noting that the Sky Club management contacted Petrojet to find out the financial and technical conditions for completing the deal.
Pyramids opened lines of communication with Anwar Shaloufa, the player’s agent, who in turn confirmed that the young defender has not yet signed for any club inside Egypt, which opens the door to open negotiations during the coming period.
