Artist Mohamed Mahmoud talked about his participation in the series Aren’t you Mona Lisa?starring the artist Mai Omar, in addition to talking about the scene of his departure in the seventh episode of the work, which aroused great sympathy from the audience.
Mohamed Mahmoud said, in an exclusive statement to Cairo 24: I loved the story of the series very much from the first time it was exposed to me. I felt the character and believed the events, and the scene of my departure affected me very psychologically.
The Lady Mona Lisa series
The events of the work take place within a dramatic, suspenseful framework, where Mona Lisa thought she was opening the door to heaven, but in Cairo the illusion quickly dissipated. A husband seizes interests and a family awaits her as spoils in a failed marriage with hidden conditions. It is a woman’s journey emerging from the ashes of a failed marriage to face the storms of society and the pain of separation, trying to rebuild herself again. Will love blossom in her heart again amidst these challenges, or will the price of freedom be more expensive than she expected?
