For the third day in a row, all executive agencies in the Red Sea continue to lift the state of emergency coinciding with the fluctuations in weather conditions, with rain expected in Halayeb and Shalateen.

The Red Sea Governorate continued operations to remove the effects of the floods that swept a number of areas south of the governorate, and the competent agencies succeeded in removing all obstacles to the operation of the roads covered by the floods, and taking all necessary measures to prevent any loss of life.
In implementation of the directives of Major General Amr Hanafi, Governor of the Red Sea, a state of emergency was declared, the necessary equipment was sent to be stationed in the city of Marsa Alam, and a main operations room was formed in the governorate’s general office, and a subsidiary one in each city.
