Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister, said Higher education And scientific research, universities and institutes have completed their full preparations to receive 4 million male and female students with the start of the second semester of the academic year 2025/2026, indicating the readiness of universities and institutes to begin studies and follow up on the regularity of the educational process from the first day.
Preparedness includes providing the appropriate educational environment, equipping classrooms, laboratories, and libraries, in addition to enhancing electronic services and educational platforms, to ensure the smooth start of the educational process.

Universities and institutes also pay special attention to the health and safety of students, by implementing preventive measures and health measures within university facilities, in addition to monitoring the regularity of faculty members and administrators to ensure the efficient provision of educational services.
The Ministry stressed that universities and institutes are working to overcome all obstacles and provide the necessary support to students in all specializations, while enhancing guidance and academic services to help them achieve the desired academic and professional results.
