Torop makes new adjustments to Al-Ahly’s formation against Al-Ismaily
Al-Ahly will host its Ismaili counterpart, in the match that brings them together in the postponed round of the fourteenth round of the Premier League competition, at Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria.
A source revealed to Cairo 24 that Torop will make several adjustments to the formation during the Ismaily match, especially in light of the absences that the team is suffering from during the current period.
The source added that Torop is heading to rely on the services of Karim Fouad in the left-back position, during Al-Ahly’s formation against Al-Ismaily, in the match that will be held this evening, Wednesday, with a chance for Youssef Belamri to appear.
The source explained that the Danish coach will rely on the trio Marwan Othman, Moroccan Ashraf Ben Sharqi and Hussein El Shahat to lead the offensive line of the Red Team.
The source concluded that Mohamed El-Shenawy is scheduled to return to guard the Red Team’s den during the Ismaily match, after the Red captain was on the bench during the match with JS Kabylie in the CAF Champions League.
