Engineer Abdel Muttalib Amara, Governor of Luxor, held an open meeting with the people of the center and city of Esna inside the headquarters of the city’s general office.
Direct communication with the people of Esna
This meeting aims to achieve direct and effective communication with citizens, listen to their service demands, and work to find quick solutions according to the available capabilities.
This step comes as part of the local administration’s ongoing efforts to improve the level of services provided, and reduce the living and administrative burdens on the governorate’s residents, to ensure that procedures are clearly and transparently facilitated.
Studying requests for legalization and reconciliation
The meeting witnessed the governor reviewing dozens of requests and memorandums submitted by citizens during the session.




Most of the requests focused on accelerating the completion of land legalization files and completing reconciliation procedures for building violations in accordance with current legislation.
The meeting also discussed mechanisms for providing job opportunities for young people in the center to support family stability.
Engineer Abdul Muttalib Amara confirmed that the executive bodies are working to study and examine each case individually, so that the necessary measures are taken regarding it in full accordance with the laws and regulations regulating administrative work.
Joint coordination to improve services
The meeting took place in the presence of Brigadier General Ahmed Al-Hawari, head of the center and city of Esna, a number of members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, village mayors, in addition to the governorate’s executive leadership.
During the meeting, the governor directed the need to accelerate the pace of joint coordination between all concerned parties to overcome obstacles facing citizens.
He stressed the importance of continuous follow-up of open files to ensure achieving the best level of basic services for citizens in the city of Esna.
