Today, Sunday, the First Circuit of Terrorism, held in Badr, headed by Counselor Mohamed Al-Saeed El-Sherbiny, will complete the trial of 63 defendants, in Case No. 14488 of 2024, felonies of assembly, and knowledge of the “Brotherhood Administrative Structure Cell.”

The session will be held under the chairmanship of Counselor Mohamed Al-Saeed El-Sherbiny, and the membership of Counselors Wael Omran, Ghareeb Ezzat, and Mahmoud Zidan.
The referral order stated that, during the period from 2021, until December 4, 2024, the first to 15 defendants assumed the leadership of a terrorist group within the administrative structure of the Brotherhood, the purpose of which was to call for disruption of public order, endanger the safety and security of society, disrupt the provisions of the Constitution and the law, and state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work, attacking the personal freedoms of citizens, and harming national unity and social peace.
The referral order added that the defendants, from the 16th to the last, joined the group that is the subject of the accusation, knowing its purposes.
On the other hand, the Second Circuit of Terrorism, held in the Badr Courts Complex, headed by Counselor Wagdy Abdel Moneim, decided to postpone the trial of 115 defendants in Case No. 5490 of 2024 felonies of the Qasr al-Nil Division, known in the media as the Armed Groups Cell, to the April 29 session to hear witnesses.

The first to ninth defendants were charged with assuming leadership of a terrorist group whose purpose was to disrupt public order, endanger the safety and security of society, disrupt the provisions of the constitution and the law, and prevent state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work.
