The body heard Dokki Misdemeanor Courtto plead with the representative of the Public Prosecution, during the trial session of 10 officials at the 6th of October Health Insurance Hospital, accusing them of causing 75 people to become blind and lose sight.
The representative of the Public Prosecution said during his pleading: 75 stories of darkness and a slow death sentence. There is a woman who was able to support her children and began to feel the walls, and a worker who used to go out to earn his living began waiting for someone to help him move.
The representative of the Public Prosecution described the details of the case: Any recklessness turns the operating room into a home for mass infection. How can the accused sleep comfortably when they caused 75 people to feel the walls?
He added that the Public Prosecution does not make an accusation based on suspicion, nor does it make an accusation based on guesswork, as the Infection Control Committee report revealed the source of the disease, in addition to the victim’s statements and all the reports, before the forensic medicine came to fully compile those reports.
