Train No. 976 coming from Cairo and heading to Upper Egypt witnessed a sudden malfunction in car No. 8 while it was on the platform of the Minya city station, resulting in a power outage on the train.
As a result, train traffic in Minya Governorate was disrupted in the early hours of Thursday, following a sudden malfunction in one of the train cars, which led to a complete blackout.
