Engineer Mohamed Ibrahim Fouda inspected… Chairman of the Board of Directors of a water company Drinking and sanitation in Qalyubia, accompanied by Engineer Hani Hashem, Head of the Central Implementation Administration of the Executive Authority for Drinking Water and Sanitation Projects, and the Sewage Treatment Plant in Shablanga, within the framework of continuous monitoring of operating rates and quality of performance in the projects being implemented.

During the tour, Fouda and Hashem followed up on the standard operation of the station, to determine the extent of its technical readiness and the efficiency of the treatment system, stressing the importance of adhering to standard standards in all stages of operation, to ensure achieving the highest levels of quality in wastewater treatment.

The work of collecting samples of the station’s final waste was also followed up to ensure their compliance with the approved environmental requirements and standards, in preparation for receiving the station.

The design capacity of the station is 20,000 cubic meters per day and 10,000 cubic meters per day for the second phase, as it serves the village of Shablanga and its outskirts, in addition to the villages of Minyat Al-Sbaa, Niqbas, Kafr Abu Zahra, and Kafr Al-Shamout, which contributes to improving the sanitation services provided to citizens and raising the level of the environment and public health.

Engineer Mohamed Ibrahim Fouda confirmed that the company is continuing its efforts to follow up on the implementation of projects according to the highest quality standards, stressing the need for full coordination with the executive body for drinking water and sanitation projects, to ensure the speedy completion of projects according to the specified timetables, in a way that supports the state’s plans to develop infrastructure and improve the quality of life for citizens.
