The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of what was circulated on a news website, including that a woman ended the life of a worker in a store in Cairo, and the perpetrator of the incident was arrested.

For its part, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the incident, which said: As part of revealing the circumstances of a news item that was circulated on a news website, it included a woman ending the life of a worker in a store in Cairo.
Upon examination, it was found that on February 8th, the security services in the Cairo Security Directorate were notified of a collision and a deceased person at the Nasr City First Police Department. In turn, it was revealed that one of the women had collided with a sweets shop employee – a resident of the Maasara Police Department) with her car. After buying some sweets from the shop, the victim had worked and ignored him, and she fled in her car without paying the money. He then ran after her to try to stop her, but she ran away. She collided with him, resulting in an injury that claimed his life.
It was possible to identify and arrest the perpetrator of the incident (a housewife – a resident of the First Settlement Police Department), the aforementioned car with valid licenses, and the stolen goods seized. When she was confronted, she confessed to committing the incident as referred to. The car was seized and legal measures were taken against its driver.
