Provinces in southeastern Iran witnessed an earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale, according to what was reported by the Qatar Seismic Information Network.
The Qatar Seismic Information Network explained that the Iranian earthquake occurred 267 km northeast of the city of Doha.
The Iranian Seismological Center announced that the earthquake occurred 47 kilometers from the city of Zahklot in Kerman Province, 65 kilometers and 70 kilometers from areas in Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, and at a depth of 28 kilometers below the surface of the earth.
