The Qalyubia Al-Azhar region organized interviews to select the technical members nominated to work in the kindergarten and quality departments, at the headquarters of the region’s general office and a number of educational departments, within the framework of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif’s directives to develop the administrative and educational work system and raise the efficiency of human cadres.

The interviews were chaired and supervised by Sheikh Saeed Ahmed Khadr, Head of the Central Administration of the Qalyubia Al-Azhar Region, and with the participation of a specialized committee that included Sheikh Magdy Atty, Director General of Sharia and Arabic Sciences in the region, Tayseer Al-Sayed, Director of Legal Affairs, Mona Ajami, Director of the Educational Computer Department, Amjad Hazza, Director of the Kindergarten Administration, Maher Mohammadi, Director of the Quality Department, along with Abdel Aziz, who works in the region’s administration.
Representatives of the Al-Azhar Institutes Sector also participated in the interviews, namely: Hossam Ibrahim Al-Shafi’i from the General Administration of Coordination, Shaima Saeed Abdel Latif from the General Administration of Kindergartens, and Dr. Muhammad Al-Sayed Al-Gohary from the General Administration of Quality, which reflects the sector’s keenness to follow up on selection procedures and ensure the highest standards of efficiency are achieved.
The interviews included evaluating the professional experiences and technical skills of the applicants, and measuring their ability to perform the tasks assigned to them, according to precise criteria aimed at selecting the most distinguished and efficient elements to support the work within the office and educational departments.
The Qalyubia Al-Azhar District confirmed that this step comes within an integrated plan to improve institutional performance, achieve comprehensive quality standards, and support the kindergarten system, which contributes to improving the level of educational and administrative services provided in all Al-Azhar institutes in the governorate.
