Engineer Mahmoud Murad, head of the development agency, announced New Obour CityIntroducing a new package of diverse investment opportunities through the electronic investor services portal.

This comes in implementation of the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, aimed at maximizing the use of assets available in new cities, supporting the investment climate, and accelerating the pace of sustainable urban development.

The head of the agency explained that this proposal comes within an integrated vision aimed at expanding the base of economic and service activities within the city, by providing lands in distinct locations and for multiple activities, including commercial, administrative, educational, and medical activities, which contributes to raising the efficiency of services provided to citizens, and enhances the status of New Obour City as one of the most important and promising investment destinations in eastern Cairo.

Murad stressed the city authority’s keenness to provide an attractive and stimulating investment environment, based on transparency and simplification of procedures, and to support serious investors who wish to implement quality projects that contribute to advancing economic development, and are in line with the state’s trends towards sustainable urban expansion.

He added that applications for the opportunities offered are fully electronic through the investor services portal during the period from January 1 to 15, 2026, within the framework of the country’s general trend towards digital transformation, facilitating procedures and saving time and effort for investors.

The investment opportunities offered include the following: Plot No. (6B) – Regional Services Area
And an area of ​​11,332 square meters – commercial activity – Egypt/Ismailia Desert Road.

And plot No. (14) – regional services area, area 16,597 square meters – university educational activity – Egypt/Ismailia Desert Road.

Plot No. (50B) – regional services area, area of ​​9279 square meters – administrative commercial activity – Egypt/Ismailia Desert Road.

And plot No. (138) – regional services area, area of ​​1094 square meters – administrative commercial activity – District 39.

And plot No. (150) – regional services area, and an area of ​​1659 square meters – commercial activity – District 39, and plot No. (219) – regional services area.
Area: 881 m² – Nursery activity – District 39.
