Today, Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, held an expanded meeting today, as part of the governorate’s plan to prepare and prepare for the 28th wave of removing encroachments on state-owned lands and agricultural lands, which is being implemented under the supervision of the Supreme Committee for the Restoration of State Lands as part of the intensive campaigns implemented by the government to preserve the rights of the state and restore the right of the people.

This came in the presence of Bilal Habash, Deputy Governor, Major General Hazem Ezzat, Secretary-General, Ahmed Desouki, Director of the Governor’s Office, Amr Mahmoud, Director-General of Properties, heads of cities, and undersecretaries of the Ministries of Agriculture, Roads, Education, Al-Azhar, Endowments, Antiquities, Railways, the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, the New Beni Suef City Authority, the New Al-Fashn City Authority, and the directors of state property departments, spatial variables, and licenses at the governorate’s general office.

The Governor of Beni Suef discussed detailed reports on the targeted removal in each center and state destination separately as part of the wave work scheduled to be implemented during the period from January 10 to March 27, 2026, in 3 successive phases, where the first phase begins in the period from January 10 to 30, followed by the second phase during the period from February 7 to 27, to be concluded with the third phase in the period from March 7 to 27, 2026.

Dr. Mohamed Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, stressed the concerted efforts of the executive agencies, and coordination between the state authorities, local units, agricultural directorates, and state properties, in addition to dealing immediately with all forms of encroachments, stressing that the implementation of the removals will be carried out in insurance and coordination with the security authorities, with close follow-up of the work of the wave since its beginning, and preparing periodic reports on the rates of implementation and the obstacles that the work teams may face, while quickly overcoming them, and documenting the removal work with pictorial reports, pictures and videos, while continuing to work on codifying the conditions of the cases. Serious in accordance with the law and regulatory controls.
