Artist Sedqi Sakhr confirmed that his choice of acting was not a path to fame or spread, but rather a decision stemming from a true passion and a deep belief in the value of art, explaining that he left the field of engineering in order to follow a path that he felt expressed and resembled him.
Sedqi Sakhr said in radio statements that acting for him is not just a performance or animating features, but rather a complete human experience, indicating that he is always keen to choose works that he believes in, respect the mind of the viewer, and give him an artistic and personal challenge, adding: I do the thing that I love and I feel that it adds to me, and I hope that I will always live up to the words that I say.

Sakhr explained that acting represented a real turning point in his relationship with himself, as it made him more aware of himself and the various aspects of his personality, considering that art is a long journey of reconciliation with and discovery of oneself, saying that acting helped him to be more honest and truthful with himself before anything else.
He pointed out that his view of art changed with time, after he realized that acting is not an external performance or a display of abilities, but rather a real experience of a situation and feeling, which was reflected in his personality and relationships, whether with his family or friends, stressing that the artistic experience changed him as a human being before it changed him as an actor.
Sedqi Sakhr concluded his speech by emphasizing that acting for him is like psychotherapy, a deep inner journey full of discoveries, which made him closer to himself and more understanding of life and those around him.
