The Naga Hammadi Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Mohamed Al-Rifai, and the membership of Counselors Mustafa Mahmoud, Hisham Yahya and a secretariat, Mohamed Kahlawi, Ahmed Abu Sahli, and Osama Al-Amir, punished a farmer with death by hanging on charges of killing his neighbor with several gunshots in the street in the Nag Hammadi center, north of Qena Governorate.
The beginning of the case dates back to February of the current year 2025, when the accused, K.Z., 50 years old, killed the victim, B.A., with several gunshots in the street in front of a pharmacy inside the village of Abu Hizam, Nag Hammadi center, due to old disputes between them over land.

The victim’s wife said during the investigations that she heard the accused agreeing to kill her husband a day before the incident, and she warned her husband, but the next day she was in the garden and the accused went to her, saying, “I killed your husband. Go and see him.”
The accused was arrested and the case was referred to the Nag Hammadi Criminal Court, which sentenced him to death by hanging after he killed his neighbor with several gunshots on the street inside the village of Abu Hazam.
