Al-Mishri said in a telephone interview on Al-Nahar channel that the Egyptian national team has experienced players such as Amr Al-Soulia and Afsha, in addition to Ghanem Muhammad, who appeared in a distinguished manner during the match.
He added that the Kuwaiti national team is going through the process of building a new generation, unlike the Egyptian national team, which relies on experienced players even if they are from the second grade, stressing that Toulan did not study the Kuwaiti national team adequately before the confrontation.
Despite his praise of Toulan’s coaching abilities, Al-Mishri clarified that his opinion in his statements is not a belittlement of him, but rather an expression of his professional view that the Kuwaiti national team was not given the appreciation it deserved after the match.
