
The investigation authorities in Cairo have finished hearing the statements of the child’s father, Youssef Muhammad Flower Club playerwho died while participating in the U-12 Republic Championship, as a result of complete cardiac arrest.
The medical report issued regarding the death of junior swimmer Youssef Muhammad, who died while participating in the U-12 Republic Championship, revealed the sequence of the condition from his arrival to the hospital until his death was announced.

According to the report, the child arrived at the hospital on December 2, 2025 at 6:10 pm, suffering from complete cardiac arrest and lack of breathing before his arrival.
As soon as he was received, the medical staff began attempts at cardiopulmonary resuscitation, as it was found that there was ventricular fibrillation and an irregular heartbeat. Then the heart muscle stopped again, which required the use of three electric shocks to try to restore the pulse.
The report indicated that a throat tube was installed for the child and a full respirator was used, in addition to giving doses of adrenaline via intravenous drip, and performing tests that included a complete blood count and blood gas measurements.
After that, the child was transferred to intensive care to complete treatment.
However, the heart muscle stopped for the fourth time in intensive care, and despite repeated attempts at cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the case did not respond, and his death was announced at 10:00 pm on the same day.
