Imprisonment of those accused of injuring a father and his children in Qena

The beginning was when the security services in the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the Abu Tasht Police Station, with a report that a father and his three sons had been injured by gunshots in the village of Ezbet Al-Bousa, and a security force immediately moved to the site of the incident.

Upon transfer and examination, it was revealed that Abdel-Jawad Abdel-Azim Abdel-Qawi, 58 years old, was wounded in the forehead, and his sons, Muhammad, 39 years old, were shot in the eye, Mahmoud, 37 years old, were shot in the thighs, and Ahmed, 33 years old, was shot in the hand, and they were transferred to Abu Tasht Central Hospital to receive the necessary treatment.

Initial investigations revealed that the defendants in the incident were the brother of the first victim, called Abdul Rahim, aged 54, and his son Muhammad, aged 30, due to disputes over two acres of land.

After codifying the procedures, a security force was able to arrest the accused, write a report on the incident, and notify the investigating authorities to undertake the investigation, which decided to detain the accused for 4 days pending investigation.
