Abwab Al Khair Foundation for Care and Development and the Treatment Institution affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Population signed a joint cooperation protocol aimed at cooperating to provide medical service to members and employees of Abwab Al Khair, their families, and eligible medical cases referred through it at reduced prices.
The protocol – which lasts for one year and is automatically renewed – was signed at the headquarters of the Therapeutic Institution in the Ministry of Health by: Engineer Mohamed Al-Tabei, Treasurer of the Abwab Al-Khair Foundation, and Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Shaqwir – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Therapeutic Foundation and the legal representative of the Hospitals of the Therapeutic Foundation in Cairo and Alexandria.
Bab al-Khair and Health sign a cooperation protocol to serve eligible patients at reduced prices
Under this protocol, the treatment institution will provide the Bab al-Khair Foundation with medical care services, including: examination and treatment in the clinic and the emergency department at all times and on official holidays, hospitalization and related nursing services, etc., performing surgical operations and carrying out other necessary types of treatment, conducting laboratory tests, radiology examinations and other necessary diagnostic tests, and dispensing the necessary medications for all of the above (for the internal department only).
Abwab al-Khair Foundation for Care and Development is an Egyptian charitable institution registered under No. 846 of 2018. It provides its services to poor or poor people who need assistance in 20 governorates inside Egypt. It provides its services in 8 chapters: solidarity, education, healing, livelihood, happiness, rent, halal, and ongoing charity.
The therapeutic institution works, based on the mandates of the President of the Republic, to coordinate and cooperate to exploit the capabilities available within the Egyptian state, and to work to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services at an excellent medical level to reduce the suffering of patients. It is a public economic body, established according to Presidential Decree No. 1212 of 1964, as one of the long-established health institutions in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which owns and operates a number of hospitals at the level of Cairo and Alexandria governorates. With the aim of providing diverse and distinguished medical services and care to the patients who visit it.
