Earlier, a sound engineer, a victim of the artist Mohamed Ramadan’s concert, said that he was publicly insulted by the latter during the concert that was held recently, noting that he filed an official report against him, and he was summoned to the prosecution, but the artist did not attend the session, nor did any of his lawyers attend.
The sound engineer added, in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, that despite his strong relationship with the person in charge of the company organizing the concert, what happened was insulting and unacceptable, saying: I was insulted in front of the public, and the video is there, and the prosecution summoned me and presented witnesses and videos, but neither Mohamed Ramadan nor his lawyer attended today’s session.

He explained that Ramadan accused him during the concert that the sound was “cutting off,” even though the devices were not suffering from any technical malfunction, and he said: He was speaking into the microphone to the audience and saying that the sound was cutting off, and this is a shame, because if there is a technical problem, he is supposed to talk to me on the side, so he does not embarrass me in front of people in this way.
He pointed out that this is not the first time Ramadan has behaved in this way, adding: This is the same thing that happened last year, the same method. He is used to yelling at the people working with him on stage in front of the audience.
The sound engineer pointed out that the artist did not try to communicate with him or offer any apology. Rather, all he heard was the other party’s annoyance at his filing of the complaint, adding: Neither he nor his manager nor his brother spoke to me. On the contrary, they were upset that I filed a report.
He stressed that he is not seeking to appear in the media, but is only demanding his right after he was treated inappropriately in public, saying: I submitted the report to take my rights, I do not want more than that, and what happened to me had no justification, even the devices that he said were cut off were working well.
He concluded his statements by saying that he does not mind publishing his statements in writing or in his voice, as long as his face does not appear, stressing that he adheres to his legal right until the end.
