The decision came in the case registered with the Burj Al Arab Police Department, headed by Counselor Al-Saeed Shawqi Al-Salhi, President of the Court, and with the membership of Counselor Ahmed Jamal Mahmoud Amer, Counselor Muhammad Salem Bassiouni, and Court Secretary Karim Al-Janadi.

The most recent incident began when the security services of the Alexandria Security Directorate received a notification from the warden of the Burj Al Arab Police Department stating that a report had been received from the father of the little girl stating that a person had assaulted his daughter inside a garden within the department’s jurisdiction.

Investigations revealed that the 13-year-old left home due to a dispute with her family and headed to a public park, noting that upon her arrival she was in a state of sadness because she needed food and drink after losing what she had.

Investigations indicated that the accused saw her, convinced her to help her and take her home, lured her to a different route away from the eyes of the censors, threatened her with a knife, assaulted her, and fled.

After writing a report on the incident and codifying the procedures, it was possible to arrest it and notify the investigating authorities that initiated the investigation of the incident and referred it to the court and issued its submitted ruling.
