Meteorological experts expect cold to very cold weather to prevail in the country tomorrow, Friday, in the early morning, warm to hot during the day in most parts, and cold to very cold at night.
The authority stated – in a statement, today, Thursday – that water mist is expected in the morning in areas from the north of the country to Greater Cairo, the canal cities, northern Upper Egypt, and central Sinai, which may be dense on some roads.
Wind activity is also expected over Greater Cairo and South Sinai at intermittent intervals.
As for the condition of the Mediterranean Sea, it will be moderate, with waves rising from one and a half to two metres, and the surface winds are northeasterly to southeasterly. As for the state of the Red Sea, it is expected to be moderate to turbulent, with waves rising from one and a half to two and a half metres, and the surface winds are northwesterly.
As for the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba, it will be moderate to turbulent, with waves rising from two to two and a half meters, and surface winds are northwesterly.
