The training program activities were launched this morning to raise the institutional and leadership capabilities of the Ministry’s employees Social solidarity At the headquarters of the National Planning Institute, within the framework of the project to strengthen the institutional and human capacities of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, which is implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme, and with support from the European Union in coordination with the General Administration for Talent Management and Development.

This comes under the patronage of Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity.

The activities of the training program were opened by Randa Hanna, Director General of the General Administration of Talent Management and Development, where she reviewed the objectives of the program and its main axes, stressing its importance in supporting the efforts of the Ministry of Social Solidarity to enhance institutional capabilities and raise the efficiency of human cadres, ensuring the effective and timely provision of social protection services, supporting the efficiency of the Ministry’s performance of its tasks, and contributing to enabling its employees to translate plans and policies into concrete practical practices that enhance support for the target groups and those most cared for.

The opening activities of the program witnessed the presence of Noha Hamdi, technical coordinator of the institutional and human capacity strengthening project at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and Dr. Ahmed Saad, CEO of NE Consulting and Project Structuring.

The program aims to develop and build the leadership and administrative capabilities of human cadres in the Ministry’s General Office and its affiliated entities, within the framework of supporting the principles of good governance and leadership and raising the efficiency of institutional performance.

The program also aims to train 150 employees of the Ministry and its affiliated entities, divided into 6 training groups, provided that the implementation of the program will begin with two groups in its first phase, through an integrated package of technical and administrative topics, which were determined according to the results of the training needs assessment held by the General Administration for Talent Development in the Ministry, the most prominent of which are:

  • Developing personal and leadership skills
  • Strategic management and change management
  • Crisis and disaster management
  • Human resources management and capacity building
  • Digital transformation, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity
  • Issues of state building, sustainable development, and Egypt’s Vision 2030

This contributes to enhancing the readiness of the Ministry of Social Solidarity’s cadres, raising the efficiency of its institutional performance, enhancing its role in providing services and responding effectively to various challenges, and supporting sustainable development efforts.

The training program is implemented through technical cooperation with NE Consulting and Project Structuring, one of the distinguished Egyptian companies in the fields of administrative and technical consulting, capacity development, and institutional training, as it has extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs and projects at the national and international levels.

The company also has a long track record of cooperation with a number of Egyptian government agencies, as well as its experience in working with development partners and international bodies, which reflects its institutional ability to manage and implement internationally funded projects.
