Cairo 24 obtained the names of 19 people injured in the poisoning incident that occurred in the Samalout Center in Minya Governorate, while they were working inside a vineyard, where they were transferred to Samalout Specialized Hospital to receive the necessary treatment.

The hospital received the injured in a state of medical alert, providing first aid and the necessary examinations to them, and placing them under medical observation, while the competent authorities began investigating the circumstances of the incident and explaining its causes.

The names of the injured were as follows:
Mahmoud Hamada Haroun, 47 years old, Ismail Sayed Ahmed, 25 years old, Hussein Hamada Haroun, 27 years old, Mahmoud Muhammad Fahmy, 27 years old, Mukhtar Tamer Mahmoud, 35 years old, Mustafa Ali Tamer, 20 years old, Muhammad Ali Tamer, 25 years old, Ahmed Sayed Yahya, 49 years old, Ahmed Taher Farouk, 24 years old, Muhammad Ali Tamer, 16 years old, Muhammad Rabie Muhammad, 23 years old, Hisham. Mustafa, 25 years old, Ali Naoum Azmi, 29 years old, Youssef Zein Tamer, 19 years old, Ahmed Saeed Yahya, 13 years old, Hussein Tamer Mahmoud, 29 years old, Hussein Atallah Fadl, 21 years old, Saeed Ahmed Yahya, 16 years old, and Taha Saeed Yahya, 25 years old.

Concerned authorities are intensifying their efforts to uncover the cause of poisoning cases, and to determine whether they are caused by consuming contaminated foods or drinks, or as a result of exposure to agricultural materials while working.
