Minister Ahmed Kjouk confirmed Financestudying incentive measures to enhance the growth of productive sectors and entrepreneurship activities in the Egyptian economy, and working with the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency, on a new initiative for easy financing for youth and stimulating entrepreneurship, pointing out that the simplified and integrated tax system has proven its success, and soon new incentives will be announced for the first 100,000 new financiers to join this easy system.
In an open dialogue with representatives of technology companies at the Cairo ICT Conference, Kajok added that the priority is to expand the tax base, within the framework of a true partnership with the business community, explaining that we aim to establish distinguished customer service centers that provide exceptional services, based on advanced technology, and specialized departments in the tax and customs authorities to serve customers and improve and simplify procedures, and we will expand this gradually.

Motivating procedures for some activities, such as registration and dealing with the stock exchange
He pointed out that the second package of tax facilities for community dialogue will be presented next December, to support our partners who are permanent and committed financiers, through realistic and practical solutions to tax challenges, and stimulating measures for some activities such as registration and dealing with the stock exchange, explaining that we are working on a comprehensive and integrated system of risks with a more targeted vision to motivate our permanent investor partners.

He stressed that the real estate tax system will include the launch of an electronic mobile application that provides good and simplified services to citizens, pointing out the importance of using artificial intelligence to simplify information for investors and those dealing with the Ministry of Finance and its departments.
He added: We track the revenues and expenditures of the state’s general budget in real time, and this helps us make correct decisions at the right time. He explained that we have a huge volume of data due to digitization and mechanization, which represents a strong opportunity for investment in the fields of artificial intelligence, which provides additional analyses, which will make us more capable of analysing, forecasting, improving services, and meeting citizen needs.

Using artificial intelligence in all tax system operations
The minister said, during his tour of the pavilion of the two companies: Finance and E. Tax: All appreciation for your supportive efforts in the path of digital transformation, pointing out that we are working together to automate and simplify all procedures for the benefit of the economy and people, and it is important to use artificial intelligence in all operations of the tax system, in order to facilitate and simplify for financiers.
The Minister reviewed the latest projects of E. Tax, and the current and targeted development programs, within the framework of the path of trust, partnership, and support for the tax community, in further cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, the Egyptian Tax Authority, and the Real Estate Tax Authority, which is not limited to tax technological solutions only, but extends to the establishment of advanced customer service centers.
