The woman explained in her lawsuit that she was subjected to material and moral neglect, after her husband left her without a home or maintenance, which caused her and her children to suffer for a long time, stressing that her married life had become impossible.
The woman added that she spent years trying to repair the relationship and preserve the family entity without resorting to the judiciary, hoping to return marital life to its normal course, but all her attempts failed due to the husband’s stubbornness and his continued abandonment and failure to assume his responsibilities.
In her lawsuit, the woman demanded separation from her husband, after she lost hope of continuing married life.
