Twitter has confirmed that it is testing a new option that allows you to see all tweets quoted from a single tweet at the present time, and several screenshots published by users showed the activation of this feature, so that a new counter called “Retweet with Comments” can be seen alongside the current counters dedicated to likes and retweets.

The platform said that it is currently testing the feature with a small group of Twitter users on iOS, and although the feature will not show you anything that you cannot currently find using the service’s search function, it makes things much easier. This feature is important for some Twitter users who use quoted tweets to respond to a tweet instead of using the service’s built-in reply function to precisely organize tweets in the conversation sequence. If you currently want to find quoted tweets, you must paste the URL of the tweet into the service’s search box.

Kayvon Beykpour, head of product at Twitter, posted a tweet explaining that the social network is testing this option that allows you to see retweets with comments, and this means all quoted tweets, so you can see retweets with comments or without comments when you click on the Retweet Tweet label.

It should be noted that Twitter has experimented with some changes to the user interface over the past year, but very few of them have actually turned into full features, as there was the “original tweeter” label intended to highlight who started a particular thread of conversations, the feature to snooze notifications, and the option to get notifications for replies to an individual tweet.
