Implement immediate removal campaigns
The weekly report issued by the agency’s media department stated that neighborhood departments continued to implement campaigns to immediately remove various building violations, as the procedures included:
Seizure of an excavator carrying out demolition work in violation of the license in Plot No. 1530 in Neighborhood 7 in the Fourth District.
Immediate removal of excess roof space in several plots in the Third District and its adjacent areas.
Removal of illegal buildings in the side rows of Plot 1457 in the Second District.
Implementing repeated removal of building increments in the 2000-lot area with a number of lots.
Removal of illegal wooden forms in several locations, most notably plot 1406 in the First District.
Removal of illegal buildings above the roof in Plot 1582 in the First District.
Regarding occupancy, the head of the agency confirmed that campaigns are continuing morning and evening to eliminate any random spots, and have resulted in:
Eliminating a gathering point for African frieza behind the commission in the Seventh District, with the support of the Giza Security Directorate.
Implementing inspection campaigns on stores in the American area in coordination with October Supply.
Continuing to raise occupancy in the vicinity of Al-Hosary Square and the central axes (Gamal Abdel Nasser – Tahrir – Abdel Salam Amin – the central axis – Dahshour Waslet – Al-Wahat Road).
Two quarter trucks were seized for selling fruit on the Mall of Egypt road.
Reservation of 7 sorting trucks, 2 bean carts, 6 sushi carts and 5 miscellaneous carts.
In parallel with the campaigns, Engineer Muhammad Abdullah followed up on citizens’ files and complaints with the executive departments, stressing the necessity of immediate action to solve the problems and achieve the satisfaction of the people, and vowed to hold accountable any negligent person in performing his duty.
The campaigns were carried out under the leadership of Engineers Hossam Hosni and Radi Khalil, deputy heads of the agency, Engineer Yasser Abdel Baqi, General Supervisor of Sectors 2 and 4, Dr. Mustafa Aranda, General Supervisor of Sector 3, Mukhtar Abdel Hamid, Supervisor of Sectors 1, 2, and 4 neighborhoods, and Engineer Omar Hanafi, Director of Operating Licensing, with the full participation of the police, facilities, and administrative security agencies.
At the conclusion of the statement, Dr. Mustafa Aranda, the agency’s media spokesman, appealed to the city’s residents to cooperate and report any violations via the hotline 15100, which is available 24 hours a day.
