Vivo is expected to launch its X300 Ultra globally soon, after the phone recently received certification in Europe. Before any official announcement, several leaks appeared on the Internet revealing the main specifications of the device.
The latest leaks, according to the leaker Digital Chat Station, revealed that the vivo X300 Ultra phone will come with a 6.82-inch BOE LTPO flat screen with a resolution of 2K. The phone features a flat metal frame, and will not include the camera button that was present on the Vivo X200 Ultra.

As for the rear camera unit, it will maintain its previous design, with the telephoto periscope sensor repositioned.
The phone is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and come with two 200-megapixel rear cameras each, in addition to a huge battery with a capacity of more than 7,000 mAh.
Leaks indicate that vivo will launch the phone in the first quarter of 2026, and unlike the X200 Ultra, the X300 Ultra is expected to be available globally.
