Lava launched the Play Ultra phone last August, and today it officially unveils the Play Max as the latest addition to the Play series. The new phone targets “modern youth” who move daily between studies, social media, entertainment, and games.
Play Max runs on the Dimensity 7300 processor, and offers a “Clean Android 15” experience without excess applications, with a storage capacity of up to 128 GB and RAM of up to 8 GB, and the storage can be expanded up to 1 TB.

The company has also integrated a VC cooling system to enhance performance and maintain stability during long gaming sessions on games such as COD Mobile, Free Fire, BGMI, and others.
The phone comes with a 6.72-inch screen with FullHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while it relies on a 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W charging.
In terms of photography, the Play Max has an 8-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel main rear camera with electronic image stabilization and 4K@30fps video shooting capability.
The phone has an IP54 rating for resistance to dust and water splashes, and is available in black and white, with two memory options: 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB.
It is scheduled to go on sale during this month, while Lava confirms that the phone will arrive with the “Free Service @ Home” service for home support.
