The first car produced by Huawei and Dongfeng under their joint brand “YiJing” was recently spotted undergoing winter tests in China. This full-size SUV is scheduled to be unveiled for the first time at the 2026 Beijing Motor Show on April 24. It is equipped with Huawei’s advanced “Qiankun ADS” driving system, the “Harmony OS” control system, and other technologies such as intelligent car control.
Huawei’s new full-size SUV spotted
Yijing Company was established in 2023, with the aim of bridging the market gap between the Dongfeng Fuya and eBay brands, and the project’s code name was “DH”.
This full-size SUV is expected to be launched in the third quarter of 2026, and will be available in two versions: fully electric (BEV) and electric return electric (EREV).
The car’s body carries the slogan “Huawei Qiankun | Yijing”. At the front of it there is a lidar device mounted on the roof, and it is expected that the car will also be equipped with other sensors, including multiple millimeter-wave radars and high-resolution cameras, to support Huawei’s Qiankun automated driving system, in order to achieve functions such as the automatic guidance system for highways, the automatic guidance system for cities without high-resolution maps, and the car parking assistance system.
In general, the SUV features a boxy design, and its front is likely to have a closed front grille, including a front lighting bar and split headlights. Hidden door handles and a three-row window design can be seen through the side view, and at the back, a full-width taillight is expected with a design similar to the front.
Additionally, the SUV may adopt a six-seater interior.
Earlier on December 22, 2025, the first concept car rolled off the production line after the brand was launched at Huawei’s Qiankun ecosystem conference on November 20, 2025.
Huawei’s current Jing series, which cooperates with automakers, consists of Qijing (GAC), Huajing (SGMW’s Baojun), and Yijing (Dongfeng).
