Lenovo announced the launch of the Chromebook Plus i 15, a laptop that runs on ChromeOS and comes with a large 15.3-inch screen, targeting users who prefer wider viewing areas on Chromebooks, with the promise of extended battery life. The price of the device is expected to start at $469.99, and it will be officially available during the second quarter of 2026.

The device is based on the Intel Core i3-N355 processor, and runs ChromeOS supported by Google’s artificial intelligence features. Lenovo provides the computer with 8 GB LPDDR5 memory, with UFS storage options of 128 or 256 GB, while the integrated Intel UMA graphics handles display duties.

The screen offers a 15.3-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a 16:10 aspect ratio, with a brightness of up to 400 nits. Lenovo also offers a touch screen option with a 120Hz refresh rate and full sRGB color coverage, which enhances the user experience whether for work or entertainment. As for the sound, it is produced by a pair of speakers with a power of 2 watts each, tuned with Waves technology.

A 65 watt-hour battery supports the device to operate for up to 11 hours under normal use conditions. The computer includes a full-size keyboard with a number pad, a built-in fingerprint reader, and a 5-megapixel webcam with an actual privacy cover.

Regarding connectivity, the device supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. Ports include two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, an HDMI 1.4b port, a microSD card reader, in addition to a headphones port. The Chromebook Plus i 15 is available in blue and gray, and adheres to MIL-STD-810H military durability standards.
